A Bari il presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella ha dovuto attendere lunghi, interminabili, secondi prima di poter stringere la mano a un ufficiale. Il motivo? I guanti che il militare non è riuscito a sfilare, probabilmente a causa dell'emozione. Dopo alcuni tentativi a vuoto la stretta di mano c'è comunque stata.
