Il fotografo inglese Graeme Oxby ha catturato decine di sosia di Elvis riuniti per ricordare il “King of rock’n’roll” in Inghilterra. La serie, intitolata “il re d’Inghilterra”, andrà a confluire in una mostra fotografica e in un omonimo libro in omaggio al cantante e ai suoi fan.
Graeme Oxby: “Elvis rappresenta un fenomeno unico. Una vera superstar. E la sua influenza continua a diffondersi in lungo e in largo. L’Inghilterra è il centro europeo per quanto riguarda i tributi al cantante. Vengono organizzati eventi di grande portata, a cui affluiscono fan di tutte le età e generazioni.”
